The Child and Family Resource Center (CFRC)

The Child and Family Resource Center (CFRC) provides clinical services for children and families in the most vulnerable communities in San Mateo County. As part of CFRC, StarVista will have a therapist placed in a K-5 or K-8 school in each of Pacifica, South San Francisco, Daly City, San Bruno, San Mateo Foster City, and East Palo Alto Ravenswood School Districts. StarVista will collaborate closely with school administrators and educators on identifying students who would benefit from therapeutic services.

This program is funded through the Human Services Agency and Measure K. This is a re-focus of the funding from HSA of StarVista's Child and Adolescent Hotline and Prevention Program (CAHPP) which will no longer be in place.
