Transitional Youth Services
StarVista’s Transitional Housing Program - PLUS is a 24 month program that provides housing or rental assistance with comprehensive supportive case management services for qualified former foster care and probation youth ages 18 to 24. Youth participating in this program are required to work and/or go to school while learning independent living skills. For more information please call 650-401-8617 ext. 21.
